Seattle's sky line has started to change with a new Ferris wheel:
We got to go back to Marrowstone, to Toni & Amanda's land.
Peter gave me a lesson on digging clams:
We all just enjoyed our own activities:
Hoopsters! No Stopping us....
Deb
Kim
Amanda
Peter
Toni
And we were!
A new guest and life....
Then, we really started living off of the land, with the help of Kingstone originals...
Deb made biscuits and Toni made an oven.
Clever, clever, clever (but that is Toni)!!
Just a small glitch but worth it.
Sooooo, worth it; yum!!
Family came for a visit from San Antonio:
Aunt Jo Ann, Uncle Gil and Cousin Kim (who lives here)
We received word that dear friends were moving to Japan for three years.
I made pasta for the going away party.
Peter! Working for Costco in Japan and Korea.
Deb and Emma adjusting to a new world.
While they are in Japan, I went to New Mexico
and brought back some green chili.
It was an afternoon of grilling and wonderful smells.
Results.
Kim helped bag them.
Chili rellenos were our reward.
Oh, yum. The tomatoes were fresh from the garden.

It was really a good summer and this blog has done it no justice. |
The summer of 2012. Laughter, health, wonderful food and happiness. We could not ask for more.
Thank you.
