Officer Down and Lost.

Shortly after 10PM this last Saturday night, Officer Timothy Brenton was murdered by a drive by assassin while sitting in his patrol car; he was training a new recruit.

Today is his funeral and an almost 1500 car procession went by just a few blocks from our house.

He has left behind a wife and two children under the age of 11.

On the heels of this, a despicable act has taken place at Fort Hood in Texas. It matters not whether we subscribe to being a Democrat, Republican, Christian, Muslin, Jew, Atheist. We must all come together, search or hearts each day and try to do the best that we can.
