A Very Happy Thanksgiving To All Of You!
We made a meal here in Alessandria...Three carry packs full of groceries, turkey, and most of the trimmings. AND... Kim baked an apple crisp which we had with vanilla ice cream. Leftovers go to Rita and family, to introduce them to an American Thanksgiving. Be well, safe, and happy. Thanks for being in our world.

It is only 1PM in Seattle and there is no turkey out of the frig yet here, but I am checking up on cooking times, AGAIN and .......listening to motown.
I need to know what you are doing with the tin foil in your picture? Over the vegetables below, a little hammock for the birds? HMMMM... looks like a lovely meal.

Ahh, because we don't exactly have lots of kitchen appliances, pans, etc. I was lacking a rack to place the turkey above the vegetables (the recipe came from Cook's Illustrated), thus the foil...Rachel

Now is that a comment on the state of your ex-wife's cooking prowess or that she never bakes (or cooks)and that you should have come to visit in order to witness a Thanksgiving miracle??
There's always Christmas...or Easter or Passover...
